first off, you are to blame, so take it on the chin and quit trying to make the ex look like the bad guy. next, your kid is 14 so you must be in your middle 30's at least and have already popped out 3 pups, nothing to squabble over now, he got your best years, let the new guy deal with the baggage. guilty people always try to shift the guilt to the ex partner , it's classic. the kids will be fine, they just see both of you as screwed up. They are withholding information because you told them not to tell your business to their dad. you aren't fooling all of us. your stress is from not being able to control your ex by using the kids to do so.. you are certainly not something to squabble over at this point. are you hoping to feel youthful again by having dudes make a fuss over you, the ex needs to thank you for giving him a new start without the old ball and chain looking over his shoulder.
