Could I still contract HPV?

I have received Gardasil (the hpv shot), although I gave oral to a guy that had genital warts (he wasn't truthful with me when I asked if he was clean >:( JERK) about 6 weeks ago. Does Gardasil protect against all ways of contracting genital warts/HPV? Could I still be a carrier? Answer only if you know for sure, please...this is very important!
