Why do most the women i speak to not believe a word i say?

I noticed they like to make up their own mind about me and pretty much disregard what i say but ask other people about me and pay attention to what they say. The worst thing is that they seem more accepting when i actually do lie to them yet call me rude sometimes when i am being truthful. This gets annoying being shunned for the truth. What's up with this?
