What should the electronic setup of my rc plane be if i want it slow?

i am new to rc plane building but i dont know what kind of motor esc and stuff to get for it , right now my plane weighs about 1 pound and i want the plane to be slow about like 30 kilometers. and please include everything electronic that i will need like servos and such thanks
