Long distance relationship just got farther apart :(?

So my boyfriend and i have been together about a year now, and he is going on vacation to lebanon. I live 200 miles away from him and usually only get to see him once every 2 weeks to a month. We text, talk, skype, everything you could think of, everyday. Now hes going to be away for 4 weeks, very few phone calls, and the internet has a horrible connection over seas. How do i go from falling asleep on the phone with him to trying to live without him there for the next 4 weeks. I already miss him so much ive been crying on and off since his plane took off. How can i deal with this?
