Can I transfer to csuf with over max units?

Hi I am planing to apply from a community college to cal state Fullerton for the 2012 fall semester. I just found out about the max units to transfer is 70. I currently have 68 completed, with 12 more in my business administration to go. What will happen if I have over the max units, will I be automatically turned away? Please help.
