DOCTORS, EXPERTS, PROFESSIONALS, GYNECOLOGISTS PLEASE?

I am married to a 37 yr old man, he has no children of his own. He is a wonderful man good hearted. Please with all your professional help can you please tell me how I can or what we can do keeping costs down @ clinics. Help me to give him a well deserved Miracle, just 1 baby is all he is asking for because his age. Is there anyway any medications anything him & I can do to raise his sperm count. I have 4 girls already, but not from my current husband. All I need is true & honest answers that are ligit & proven in regards to raising the sperm count.
