dude...!! just don't worry...what you are going through is just normal problems which almost everyone face...!! At the age of 24 you cannot possibly be able to speak frankly about girls and sex which are considered to be banned topics in a place like India. So i would just suggest you to wait and see if you find the right sort of friends to share your thoughts with..!! And moreover not commenting on girls or not getting involved in such things just shows that you are decent enough to keep some thoughts of yours to yourself which most girls would very much admire..!! You say you get stuff in your brain but you are not able to talk it out....that also just shows your decency which is great..!! But if you just want to start talking about such topics you can very well begin it with your best buddy and slowly you'll feel free about expressing yourself..!!
