Is travelling bad for cats?

Cats are fine to travel as long as you look into the airline's policy on how they transport your pet. I know this winter a poor cute kitten died after being transported on an airplane that did not have temperature controlled cargo area, so may be you want to bring the kitty as a carry-on. Also, get a sedative from your vet, some cats aren't meant to travel.
