Is he really too busy for me? Complicated?

Sounds like he has a pretty full schedule of girls and school, and to me, not wanting to hurt your feelings, but he's making it pretty clear that you are not #1 on his list of people to see..sounds like he takes you out only when you pressure him..I would DEFINITELY move on.. You just can't see it because you don't want to lose him..but it's all there in his behavior and the way he treats you.
