Fear of planes. please help. ?

its not that I'm scared to fly but seeing planes in the sky makes me nervous. one night I was with my friends and all these planes were going by but they all looked the same and they were close to the ground. it freaked me out. when I hear the sound of a plane I always think its going to crash into my house. why am I so afraid?
