Do you honestly think easter has anything to do with jesus?

easter is celebrated even though its origin is pagan. There are Bunnies and eggs that are supposed to represent jesus resurrection even though in the Bible it says nothing about rabbits and eggs. I would like to know what people honestly feel about this. If you want to acknowledge jesus ransom sacrifice it doesn't have to come with lies and nonsense to entertain children. tell me what you think!
