Am i date-able? Tips? I am 20 and I have never been on a date!?

I was home schooled during high school so i didn't really get a chance then, in college I became the student body president and a 4.0 so i didn't have time to date. It's not that i haven't been asked(ok 1 real, 2 were maybes) I just wanted my 1st date to be w/ someone special but i need it to happen it's time. I just made a profile but only get hit on by 27-30yr olds or 2 guys 2hrs away. I've been told I'm pretty/cute/gorgeous but I am overweight -I know this but girls the same size as me get asked out all the time -so why can't I get a date, any tips?
