Weird lights in the sky?!!?

Okay so first of all, no aliens. I dont believe in aliens... Okay so ive seen these weird white glowing balls of light above our neighbors cowfeild about three times in the past 4 months... They arrent stars or planes for sure. They float about 50 ish ft. Off the ground and they almost look like shooting stars but they float a little slower but move in straight lines and dissapear. By "religion" do you think you turn more people on or off?

I feel religions in general that stray away from God's word and the sinfulness of sin and the holiness of God turn more people off by their hypocrisy. Catholics, Lutherans, Methodists, and the like all have their rituals and man-made doctrine. The problem is like the Pharisees in the NT, they tell a non-believer and a believer for that matter, by their standards and not God's holy truthful word, they can't be saved unless they do this or that by their doctrine. Quite simply, salvation is a free gift from God through His son Jesus Christ who paid the penalty for your sins. Works, good deeds, going to church on Sunday, etc. will not save you, human effort is futile to do this! Good works are a result of faith, not part of your redemption. It says in many places in the NT, that works will not save, but "religions" in general preach this as a form of being a slave to the church rather than to Jesus Christ.

Severely Depressed and Alone.?

I'm 19 years old and I just graduated from high school. I don't get any joy out of life anymore and I'm not even excited about being done with high school. I have only a few friends, roughly ten. I hide the fact that I'm depressed in front of my friends. I moved around schools a lot in high school which probably didn't help. I am generally outgoing and nice, and some people tell me I'm funny. I have never had a girlfriend in my life and am still a virgin. Believe me, I have tried many times to get a girlfriend and always get rejected, which ruins my pshyche even more. I'm in fairly good shape and people have told me over the years that I'm good looking. I have been going to a phychologist who has been practicing for over thirty years. And after two years he hasn't done me any good. He doesn't seem to relate to me because he's nearly 70 years old. I tried a few anti-depressents and the side effects were too much to handle. My parents just think that I'm just going through normal teenage stuff and don't understand the seriousness of it. Deep down inside I feel completely alone and empty and often think about offing myself because I feel like my life isn't really worth living. I have always felt completely disconnected from the whole world and I don't really relate to anyone at all. None of my life seems enjoyable even when I'm with my friends and lately I have been losing interest in all the things that I used to enjoy. I often cry when I'm alone for no apparent reason. The whole world just seems bland and plane. Seasons don't even effect me, I feel the exact same way in the winter and in the summer. My fear is that I'll wake up in twenty years and my whole life will have just past me by right before my eyes. I have told all of this to my psychologist and he still hasn't helped me in the slightest way. To top all of this off I am a convicted felon and am on supervised probation for the next five years for possessing a large amount of marijuana with the intent to deliver. Sorry for the length of this but I'm in the time of my life where I need some advice. Any posative responses would be appreciated.

My Ipod Touch Got Wet What Do I Do ?

Well, while I was holding a cup with one hand less than half way filled with iced tea, the other hand was holding my ipod which I was using then while I was typing it slipped out of my hand and into my cup . It fell upside down , so the side that had the power button was in the iced tea . I quickly took it out and starting wiping it and shaking it . It was still on , so I clicked the home button and then I clicked the power button ( I was trying to see if all the buttons were working ) then I was planing on shutting it off and turing it back on but it turned off by itself . I frantically tried turning it back on but it didn't . Then I thought maybe it'll turn on if I connect it to my charger , maybe it just died because it wasn't charged . So I connect my ipod in my computer , itunes pops up & a little box pops up saying that I need to put in the pass code but how can I put my pass code if my screen doesn't want to turn on. Then I start clicking buttons again , I start noticing that my screen is on its just that its really really dark , I could see the dim apple logo , then I click something again then a very dim usb cord and the itunes logo comes up in my screen I could barely see it though I have to put it in the light to see . I start pressing on the power button for at least 10 second then it showed the little red sliding thingy that say slide to power off , it shows my the small little battery on the top and the cancel button on the bottom . The lock screen never showed up my ipod is still dark and I really don't know what to do anymore, My Ipod 3G 32GB is 6months old all scratched up from how many times I've dropped it and the volume buttons don't work I don't think it has a warrenty or what ever that is so I can't bring it to the apple store . Plus I'm only 14 and my parents don't know or then they'll kill me . Is there anyway it can be fixed ? Please I don't know what to do anymore .

My ex best friend and i got into a fight last year. Should i apologize? More details provided below :)?

My best friend of ten years and i got into a fight last year and have not talked since. When we see each other (which isn't often) we ignore each other. The argument started because she had not been truthful to me the last three years of out friendship (it was not a huge lie but, something i felt i should have been informed about) the way she treated me when she was in an relationship, and her personality was starting to change and it seemed as though our morals and interest were becoming different. It got to the point where we had a class together while this disagreement was going on and i sat one seat in front of her and we completely ignored each other. Part of the disagreement was about how she would let her controlling boyfriends take over her life and she would leave little to no time for us to hang out. Months after the disagreement she texted me and it was clear that the fight still bothered her; so i offered to meet up for coffee or lunch and discuss what happened over the past few months. She then replied back and said she would text me when she was off from work so we could meet up and she never texted me back. I did not think anything of it and moved on. After a year of having this disagreement i am now in my first relationship which is healthy and happy, i am doing well in school, and am planning to go to emt school in the fall. With in the past month part of me has question if i should go and apologised for the disagreement between my ex best friend and i. However the fact that she now has a new best friend and is into different things now makes me question if i should just except that fact that both she and her family played and important role in my childhood and are great people however we have just grown apart and have begun to express new interest. Part of me says i just need to apologize for letting something such as a boy get in the way. Now that i am in a relationship i do not agree with what she did, but i have more of an understanding. When a relationship is new it is excited and you want to spend time with that person and get to know them better. Part of me says even though i have never been one to say sorry first do not let pride get in the way and ruin a friendship that could be reunited. While another portion of me says i have extended myself enough and i just need to except it and more on. 3 months ago my friend stopped being my friend cuz she thought I was posing as some guy interested in her. Obviously it wasn't me but she was so confident it was that she cut all ties with me. There's this guy I like. One day, when we were going to a school event, she took my phone while I was texted him and told him to come. She even said so herself, "I don't care if Carrie [me] likes him, I'm getting him." And she told me she didn't want to hurt my feelings and she's lay off. BUT SHE STILL DECIDES TO TRASH TALK ME AND HURT ME ANYWAY. I just don't get it. She said that I'm hurting her. I'm not the one that chases after the same things that my best friend wants. Okay, this is going to be long, but I really need truthful opinions from people who aren't my friends.. Alright so I met this guy in drivers ed during winter time lets call him Matt and me and him became super good friends and now were really close and i definitely consider him a best friend. Take 2 lessons per week minimum, but it is est every day or every other day, so plan on doing training during your long summer breaks or every weekend. Scott Ransom mountain bike is pretty darn fun, sure its not a 23lb (10.5kg) racer but the smile it generates when I bomb through rough stuff and float on the fast trails is well worth the increase in mass. I is taking a bit of getting used to riding a dual susp but it's proving pretty enjoyable. Bike feels solid and tracks well. There's this guy I like. One day, when we were going to a school event, she took my phone while I was texted him and told him to come. He was going to Seattle to pick up his sister though, so he couldn't. It was for suicide prevention so he told us to donate 3 dollars and he'd pay her back. She's never met him, heard of him, seen him UNTIL I told her who he was and that I LIKED HIM. Then, she gives him her number to tell her when he's at school so he can pay her back. So she starts texting him like nonstop, AND STARTS LIKING HIM while she's NEVER met him. Like a month ago, she asked him to go over to her house to help move boxes. She kind of forced him so he came, and when they were done they came over to my house for a "surprise". I mean, of course I'm going to be upset that she likes the same boy as me. I liked him first and she only knows him because of me, and she started liking him AFTER I told her I liked him. This isn't the first time she done this to me OR TO ANY OF HER OTHER FRIENDS. Basically she just keeps chasing after him. And she'll ask him to hang out, help her study, and usually he's busy or something. But what really pissed me off was the fact that she thinks she needs to know EVERYTHING that happens between me and him. I'm actually friends with his friends and some of my other close friends are dating his friends. On Saturday, we went to the movies; me, him, my sister, and my brother. He actually WANTED to go. But my "friend" and my other friend went to a birthday party. My "friend" was talking about him to the other girls at the party and decided that they wanted him to come over, but he was going to the movies with us. My "friend" didn't know that though, and when my other friend was telling me that they wanted him to come over, my sister texted my "friend" and told her she needed to back off. Another friend of mine (Let's call her T2 so this isn't so confusing) well anyway, T2 is dating his best friend and she's trying to help us get together. She's known the whole story between me and him since day 1, and she also knows the story between me and my "friend". All the girls at the party were in a room and kicked out T2 and started siding with my "friend" about how I shouldn't be getting my sister involved in my business and that she should just have the guy. And she made me look like the bad guy, and she didn't even tell them the WHOLE ENTIRE TRUTHFUL STORY. And now, she's MAD AT ME because I didn't tell her I was going to the movies with him and because I don't tell her anything that's going on between me and him. She even said so herself, "I don't care if Carrie [me] likes him, I'm getting him." And she told me she didn't want to hurt my feelings and she's lay off. BUT SHE STILL DECIDES TO TRASH TALK ME AND HURT ME ANYWAY. I just don't get it. She said that I'm hurting her. I'm not the one that chases after the same things that my best friend wants.
