Does anyone know the name of this book?

Okay, I read a book a while back and it was about a guy who dressed like a clown and got on a school bus full of handicap kids then hijacks it and kidnaps the kids and holds them ransom. Thats all I can remeber but if anyone could tell me the name of the book and author id really appreciate. Thanks'
