Help..I am interested in 2 people and don't know what to do?

I have 2 people that I am dating and they are both amazing..We all know that being single isnt easy so I started dating again and ran into 2 wonderful people and well one of them is my age, would be a better sex partner (haven't had sex with either yet) owns 3 vehicles, owns his own home and is very attracted and the other one is years younger than I am, wants to marry (which isn't a problem at all) employed, fun and exciting and nice looking..doesnt own any property and doesn't drive..but is very sincere and truthful and loves me. Can someone tell me what should I do in a situation like this..because I don't want to hurt anyone but I can't go on with the both of them..one of them has to go.
