Do you think this idea is too cliche.?

Tell me what you think. Basically my idea for a novel is about a kid who is 15. He got kidnapped by this guy when he was 3 or 4 but the guy had to skip town before getting his ransom so he kept the kid alive. The guy is a common criminal. He teaches the kid everything he knows. One day they do a robbery together and the kid kills the guy and takes all his money. For the next 5 years the kid runs around new york killing people for money/committing robberies. He gets caught by the cops. Gets away. But he can't really go far since he has like half the country on his @ss. Then the C.I.A catches him and makes him kill some guys for them. What do you think? Too cliche? I mean it seems like the whole kid spy thing has been done to death. This is a new twist on it but idk.
